How do I create a new ticket?

The FCT Helpdesk Center was designed as a one-stop solution that incorporates a range of knowledge base articles and a comprehensive ticketing system, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

 

To create a new ticket you must log in first. The login credentials used to log in to the FCT Helpdesk Center are the same as logging into your account on the main FCT website at https://fundedcopytrader.com

In case you have forgotten your login password, you have the option to reset your account password here.

After logging into your support panel, you can initiate a new ticket, search for an existing ticket, or review and reply to your open tickets.
