When can I request a refund?

Refunds for FCT Challenge account fees can only be processed if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the transaction date. Please note that refunds are limited to unused challenge accounts only (not yet initiate any trade), and you must submit your refund request before 14 days of purchasing.

A refund will also be issued if you do not pass the KYC/AML screening process and or being flagged as high risk by our KYC provider due to reasons beyond our control. 

The Refund Process:

  • The refund will always send back to the original funding source, regardless of whether it originated from a bank wire, cryptocurrency, or credit card.
    • If you paid via cryptocurrency, your refund will be processed back to the same address you used for payment.
    • If you paid via credit or debit card, your refund will be reversed to the card used for payment.
       
  • Any expenses related to the refund process will be subtracted from the refund amount.
     
  • It takes 5-7 business days for refund to be processed.
