If your Simulated Funded Account is breached, it is no longer available for payouts, even if it was in a profitable state. Whether the breach occurred due to Daily Simulated Drawdown or Maximum Simulated Drawdown, your simulated account will be closed, and any simulated profits associated with that account will be forfeited. 

Payouts for any Simulated Funded Account will not be provided after the account has been breached. This policy also applies in cases of contract termination or violation of our Terms of Service.
