We start processing your FCT Challenge account as soon as we receive the payment. Usually, it does not take us more than a few hours to process a new FCT Challenge account. On rare occasions, it might take us up to 24 hours to create your FCT Challenge account.

When your trading account has been successfully created, you will be promptly notified about your FCT Challenge account and receive your login credentials for the trading platform via email. Please monitor your mailbox, including spam/junk folders.

Make sure you safeguard your login credentials and that you don’t authorize anybody besides yourself to access them. We can not be held responsible if your account will be accessed by anyone else.
